Note: A more detailed conference program will be sent to you by email around half a month before the conference. And the actual time schedule may a little different based on the participants' number.

ICCIS 2021 is monitoring the situation with COVID-19 pandemic and is considering measures to ensure a safe environment for all participants. Meanwhile, aside from regular onsite presentation format (oral presentation), ICCIS 2021 conference will also provide online platform (online presentation format) for participants who have difficulties to attend the conference physically due to the epidemic.


Oral Presentation Guide (Physical Conference)

1. Duration of each presentation: about 15 minutes of presentation including Questions&Answers.

2. You can use USB flash drive, make sure you scanned viruses in your own computer. Each speaker is required to meet her/his session chair in the corresponding session rooms 10 minutes before the session starts and copy the slide file(PPT or PDF) to the conference computer.

3. You are suggested to email your copy of presentation file to your personal inbox as a backup. In case, the flash drive cannot be used in the conference site.


Online Presentation Guide

1. Online presentation is also accepted for the conference. If you have any difficulty to attend the conference physically due to the pandemic or travel restrictions, you could present the abstract or paper virtually.

2. The online presentation will be 15 minutes including Q&A. For the presentation, please prepare the Powerpoint or PDF file in advance.
