The Registration Fees Includes | 注册费用明细:

For Author(Full Paper) | 全文注册:

Author must do the presentation on conference as the paper need to be published. The registration fee includes participation in the technical programme, 15 minutes presentation time, lunch and coffee breaks, dinner on November 01, publication fee in the conference e-proceedings, etc.

For Presenter(Abstract)| 摘要注册:

Presenter means attending in oral presenation only without publication. The registration fee includes participation in the technical programme, 15 minutes presentation time, lunch and coffee breaks, dinner on November 01, etc.

For Delegate | 参会代表注册:

Delegate means attending only without publication and presentation. Delegate registration fee includes participation in the technical programme, lunch and coffee breaks, dinner on November 01, etc.

Other Items | 其他注意事项:

Submitted paper is limited within 5 pages, and addtional page is available and will be charged 60 USD/430 RMB per page.
Additional paper registration requests that two papers have the same FIRST Author.

Refund Policy | 取消政策:

70% refund (minus an administrative fee of 30% registration fee) – if cancellation received before September 10, 2025.
No refund – if cancellation received after September 10, 2025.

Exclusion of Liability | 免责申明:

The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.
